Thanks for this great review. I am thinking I may buy one. But I have a tall torso and wondering if that Medium-Large size would do me well. What size pack do you have and what is your torso length? Thanks again!

M Niednagel says:

The pocket you used for your puffy is actually the water bladder pocket: it has a port that leads directly to the shoulder strap. The mesh pocket in the rearmost “gear” compartment isn’t deep enough for a Camelbak. Having the bladder between you and your load: 1) helps prevent freezing, 2) provides water pressure to minimize sucking, and 3) provides additional spine protection while full. Against-the-body bladder positioning has been the standard industry-wide for decades now.

Hi, how tall are you?
