Donek and NeverSummer Snowboards

Just a quick glance at two of my newest snowboards for the 2018/19 season. Both are great boards but for what I want to accomplish this year I believe I will be spending most of my time on the Donek. Both are outfitted with Burton Cartel bindings.

Here is a link to the factory tour I did at Donek: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DdfvYLr1VuE&t=381s

Crazy seeing the camber profiles like that! Nice Shot! At 3:20 what I meant for that style of board… is not going up in width to crazy specs like 28 and up (unless you have larger feet), unless you are hitting your toes and heels while carving. I DO think alot of riders would be better of on the ‘soft’ version of my board (which by no means is soft, just a bit softer than mine) for the stability you are talking about. But until their carving is at a level to justify going up in widths much more than what is normally considered ‘wide’, they are probably fine with a waist with near 26. Man, at one point when I got sick of going up in length more and more.. all I thought I needed was a board of like 26.8… and thought that would cut it for me and not be booting out… hahhaaa. I was sooo nervous when I got my first truly custom board with a 27.5 waist. Changed the game for me and I’ll never look back. I’m rambling and will shut up now. ha. Happy Shreddin and Qapla’!

Love the minimalist design on the Donek, super stealth mode. Badass boards
