Here is a warm up routine completed with GBX squad during their recent training camp (note this was performed at 3700m).
The routine should take no more than 15 minutes and addresses the numbered components below;
1. Pulse raise
2. Active stretch/ Mobility
4. Neural Innervation
Complete this routine before all boarding sessions to reduce risk of training injury and optimise your physical preparation.
