Hello, I am suprised at how big a board you ride. 163 is your playing around board? that seems long! but maybe I need to reconsider my board length. I am 5′ 11″ and 190 lbs so close to your size. I have a gnu mullair 159 and a Jones flagship 158. I ride aggressive and fast on generally very steep terrain. I live in Albert Canada and ride Castle Mountain, Fernie, Kicking horse and Revelstoke. I like to drop cliffs and run chutes, but also love playing in deep powder in the trees. Do you find the longer board maneuverable enough in the trees? at what point do you think soeone should move to a wide board. I have size 11 boots and for some reason have never tried a wide board. What size are your feet? do you ever ride a wide?
