The skate inspired PLY is one of the most popular boards in the DC line. It’s ability to combine the very best elements of freestyle snowboarding into a versatile ride anything board make it the perfect choice for any rider who is looking for a playful lightweight ride that turns the whole mountain into a freestyle playground.

Built around a versatile twin tip chassis, the PLY delivers the perfect balance of freestyle feel and control. However, thanks to the innovative Radius 2 Flat sidecut design which increases the length of the contact points at the tip and tail, improving float in deep snow, the PLY becomes so much more than just a freestyle board. Underlining its all-terrain versatility even further is the Lock and Load camber, this combines traditional camber with flat zones just outside the bindings to deliver the perfect balance of a playful skate feel with the stability and pop of an all mountain board. Add to this the playful 3° edge bevel for a hook free ride and you have everything in place for a great performing freestyle inspired all terrain snowboard.

Internally, the PLY utilises the FSC approved Stratus wood core. This combines poplar with beech stringers delivering a responsive yet playful ride that gives you the confidence to push your riding. Keeping with the freestyle nature of the PLY, DC create the structural layers from a more forgiving Bi-Ax weave glass. This gives that more playful feel in the park whilst still delivering great overall performance. To help reduce weight and give the rider more control, the PLY features the advanced ‘Tear the Roof Off’ technology. This unique construction does away with boards top sheet, reducing weight by up to 150 grams. Finishing off the PLY is the low maintenance, easy repair True base.
