REVIEW – Dainese D-IMPACT 5 Snowboard Gloves With Wrist Guards

Review of the new Dainese D-IMPACT 5 Snowboard Gloves with intergrated wrist protection.

Having not been able to find any reviews or opinions of these gloves prior to getting them I thought it might help any boarders or skiers who are considering these.

+Harri20000  totally agreeing with you! These are really excellent quality gloves, as you said great comfort, excellently water proof, giving secure feeling and effective protection. I have broken some crashes on icy landings with a relieved feeling time after time. However, the only damage after one extensive season was the soft velcro strap of my right glove detaching from it’s elastic band that’s holding it. That elastic band simply wore out from excess piece of hard velcro that damaged it. It’s a silly weakness to be honest, but after a pretty simply repair I will continue using the gloves for a second season here. Much better then the burton gloves I had previously, which reinforced the wrist by means of a wide strap over the articulation… Burton impact glove those were I think… These were annoying since the inner glove detached from the outer shell, and after a while, the seams of the fingers collapsed as it was the biggest size but my hands were slightly too big (talking of  gloves size 10, and hands size 11)
