Test is invalid. Karakoram bindings were setup the wrong way round. (:

Dan Ayzenberg says:

Did you attach the foam on the footpads of the Spark bindings yourself or does it come with it?

Rodrigo Pagés says:

great video but the wind gets very annoying and also when theres no wind the voice volume its pretty low! other than that awesome well explained!

Alex Reichenbach says:

Pretty bad comparison imho. I dont want to know how good you think the bindings are, I want to know what really diferentiates them and some pro’s and con’s.
Karakoram are really filigree, which can be a con in a big tour as they are more pron to breaking. However the give you a more secure stance on the board and have better controll than the Spark.
Other thing you forgot to mention is what a pain in the ass it is to change the degree of the karakoram bindings. You need a special tool, and its not really easy, especially if you’re outside. The Spark R&D pucs are much easier to change.
I like the touring mode better on the karakoram, however the risers are a lot better on the spark, as it is a lot easier to get them out while walking. I found it almost impossible to do it with the poles on the Karakoram.
Just ma feedback
